OUR STORIES
We all have a story to tell and each story is unique and important.
Sometimes our stories are hard to tell but telling them can be the first step to understanding and to making changes for the future.
Counselling is a safe place to tell your story and to be heard.

FIRST STEPS
Asking for help can be one of the hardest steps to take in life. If you’ve landed on this page, things are probably tough for you right now. You may be feeling a bewildering range of difficult emotions: anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, sadness, or perhaps you have lost meaning and direction in your life? Maybe you are feeling grief for the death of a loved one, or for the loss of good health and the ability to do all the things you used to do? Or perhaps you have lost a treasured relationship, a job, or a way of living?
Whatever is troubling you at this moment, now might be the right time to come and talk about it. Meeting together for short or long term counselling can enable you to make sense of what is going on for you Being led by you, we can find the resources within you to enable you to deal with whatever is concerning you now, and to sustain you into the future.
As a professional counsellor, my approach is to walk alongside you, and to help you through whatever brings you to counselling.
